"Easy Yes for Everyday Wear"
I wore these all day and didn’t have to think about them, which is usually my quick shortcut for deciding if something’s comfortable. No rubbing, no annoying pressure, just comfortable enough to keep on from morning to night.

It looked really nice in the photos, but in person the fabric feels thin and kind of scratchy, if that makes sense. I was hoping it would be a bit softer and better quality.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried to check out and the payment failed twice, which was frustrating. I double-checked my card too, and nothing looked wrong, so I’m not really sure what happened. There wasn’t any clear error message either, just kind of left me guessing. I was ready to buy, but the whole thing made me give up for a bit.

"Delivery was a real letdown"
I ordered from them once, the delivery experience put me off. The dates they showed made it seem like it would arrive much sooner, but it ended up being way later. The tracking barely updated too, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. Maybe others have better luck, but to me it didn’t feel reliable enough, so I don’t think I’d order again.

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way too tight. The size chart wasn’t really helpful, if that makes sense, and the return process felt like more hassle than it was worth, so I just kept it.

I just went through the return process recently, sending the item back was easy. No real hassle there. The only thing that stuck with me was how long the refund took to come through, it felt really late compared to what I expected

"Didn’t hold up like I hoped"
I was disappointed with this one. It looked fine when it first showed up, so I thought it would be okay, but after a short time it already started showing wear. It just didn’t feel very sturdy, you know? I really expected it to last longer. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Color looked totally different in person"
I got a knot pillow from shopknotty.co mostly because the color in the photos looked like a soft beige, which would’ve gone really nicely with my couch. When it arrived, though, it was much more yellow/cream in person and just didn’t match the space at all. The pillow itself seems decent quality, so I don’t think it’s badly made, but the color is what sold me on it in the first place. Since that was the main reason I ordered it, I was disappointed.

"Stitching fell apart and I’m not sure what to do next"
I was really disappointed with this. The stitching started coming loose quickly, and overall it just feels cheaply made. For the price, I expected much better. What’s even more frustrating is that it’s not clear what the next steps are for getting this fixed or returned, so now I’m stuck trying to figure that out too

"Still Waiting on Customer Service"
I emailed shopknotty.co twice about my order and basically got nowhere. No real reply, no update, just me sitting around waiting. It’s annoying when all you’re trying to do is fix something simple. If their support is this slow, I’m not ordering from them again.

"Not really worth it"
I didn’t feel like this was worth the money. It sounded promising at first, but after trying it out, it just didn’t really live up to the hype. Maybe it works better for other people, who knows, but for me it was kind of a letdown.

My Shop Knotty order showed up with the wrong items, not what I picked at checkout. I double-checked my email to make sure I hadn't messed something up, but the order was correct there. It's annoying, and I'm not sure I'd order from them again

I was able to find what I needed on Shopknotty.co without too much trouble, and the site is easy to browse overall. A few pages did take a bit longer to load for me, and the menu felt slightly cluttered in places, but nothing that completely got in the way. Overall, it worked fine, just could be a bit smoother.

"Box Showed Up Crushed"
The box came kinda crushed, which made me nervous at first. I always worry I’m getting fooled with damaged or returned stuff, so I checked everything right away. Luckily, the item itself seemed okay, but the packaging definitely didn’t make a great first impression

I’ve ordered from shopknotty.co a couple times, usually when I’m just browsing at night or trying to replace something in my closet, and I do like their products. The site itself is easy enough to use and I haven’t had any real issues there. My only complaint is that a few of the items and sizes I wanted were out of stock more than once, which is a little frustrating when you finally decide on something. Overall good stuff, I just wish they kept more sizes and items available.

I really like how it looks, but washing it has been a little frustrating. I followed the care instructions carefully, and it still started to fade after the second wash. Am I missing something, or is it just a bit delicate?

"Really slow shipping and no real support feeling"
The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the whole process kind of had that no-real-person-there feeling. I didn’t really feel like I could get a clear update or support, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Felt pressured and still got charged"
I’m frustrated with the whole subscription setup. I thought I had cancelled, but then I got billed again anyway. It wasn’t clear where to actually stop it, and I felt kind of pressured to keep jumping through steps instead of just being able to cancel easily. Support took a while to get back to me too, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be...
